Convenience store owner arrested for selling mouthwash as alcohol

In Winnipeg, Canada, a convenience store owner is charged with selling mouthwash to alcoholics at high prices. I know that mouthwash has alcohol in it, but if you need to resort to buying mouthwash to get your fix, that should be a red flag to you to get some help! Yeah, it's sometimes over 25% alcohol content, but it is really worth downing a product that can cause brain damage and multiple-sclerosis like symptoms? I personally don't think so.
