Zero-alcohol limit for drivers 21 and under

Young drivers in Ontario can now face 30 days of suspension on their driver's license if they are pulled over with any alcohol in their system. The tough new law was put in place after the deaths of three underage drinkers, and goes into effect this coming Sunday. I see the benefit to this, and I would actually like to see tougher laws like this in the US.
