Man arrested for driving while more than 6 times over the legal limit for a second time in 2 weeks

An Evansville, Indiana, man was arrested for the second time in two weeks, and both times his alcohol level was more than 6 times the legal limit. 0.586, to be exact the second time; 0.546 the first time. Some people will never learn, but thankfully no one was harmed or killed thanks to this asshole's stupidity to get behind the wheel like that.
