More Sunday Sales in Michigan?

It looks like Michigan is trying to expand the hours you can sell liquor on Sundays. I'm guessing they are looking for more tax revenue from additional sales. Although, the expansion would be from 7 am - Noon. I suppose there would be some people buying before football, but not sure anyone will be hitting the stores at 7 on Sundays.
I suppose if I'm in Michigan at 7 am and want to get my drink on, this is a good thing. There really is no bad time for some Big Bear malt.
